Feminism did not kill chivalry, it built upon it

We sometimes hear “Chivalry is dead, and feminism killed it.” What idiot would ever say such a stupid thing as this? Chivalry is doing well in addition to feminism. Chivalry (a one-way servitude to women by men) should never have existed in the first place. It’s symbolized by a woman being placed on a pedestal and a man opening the door for a woman. The whole chivalry dynamic represents the epitome of the need for the men’s rights/equality effort and is exactly why the cause originated fighting it.

The similarities between chivalry and feminism are blatant. This is why we don’t see religious trad/cons fighting for men’s rights. Just because they are anti-feminists doesn’t mean they are men’s advocates. Neither one is an advocate for men merely two religions based on dictatorial beliefs fighting over controlling men.

Feminism is built on the one-way servitude to women by men and merely boils down to the effects of one female servitude begetting the other in an advanced form. A gentleman is chivalry put into social practice by a man–a ‘real man’ defined by his servitude to women. A gentleman is a chivalrous man, or, by modern-day reference, a simp–the chivalrous white knight alpha simp which pretty much sums it up.

Let’s take the dating process, for example. What’s not chivalrous about that? Even in light of women having equal employment opportunity with half as many men (their financial resources forcefully split with women) provided equal mating opportunity due to women hypocritically still placing sexist expectations on men to pay and ask them out. This is archaic as well as hypocritical. Even if men (half) are fortunate enough to have gainful employment, women expect even more from men than they have to offer (hypergamy) as they selfishly and egotistically only want the men who make more than they do. Family courts are extremely chivalrous in granting women child custody, alimony, and child support and ruining men in divorce settlements, often leaving men without the means to even recover. Laws, sentencing and even charging a woman with a  lesser crime for the same act if committed by a man all attest to chivalry practice (favoring women). The unconstitutional Violence Against Women Act, Title IX, rape shield laws, sexual assault and redefining rape are also examples of the effect designed by chivalrous terms (men’s servitude/disposability to women, with feminism merely adding to the effect). Draft registration is based on the concept of chivalry too (the knight in shining armor, “serving milady”). We need to kill chivalry to kill feminism. Chivalry is the cancerous tumor that must be extracted from our culture to have equality–thus equal justice for all, men and women alike. Feminism is built upon chivalry, in fact, it’s chivalry on steroids.

  1. Well said. Hope many men aware this. I personally can not understand the word “blame feminists for the lack of chivalry” since lack of chivalry is not to be blamed. Instead we should say “blame hypocrite (some to be fair) feminists that still use chivalry for their selfish drsire even in this gender equality era. Thank you.
